Who am I?

I can list characteristic traits, describe my personality, discuss my personal beliefs, share my interests and hobbies, but I believe that I am a malleable product of my environment, society, upbringing and cultural history. There are a series of social and personal factors to take into account, but all of these things coming together make me into who I am today. I am a unique combination of these distinctive components and I am the result of all the growth I have experienced in my life by all the experiences I have had in life.

To answer the question, who I am today is the sum total of my experiences and choices. A quote by Tim Fargo states “Who you are tomorrow begins with what you do today.” Every action has a result, and what I do today is the collection of outcomes of each of my decisions over the years. I am an individual that does not want to live on autopilot, but to approach life with enthusiasm, mindfulness and intentionality so I may support my core values and pursue my purpose in life.

My expertises are Powerlifting and Calisthenics. Services include individualized programming plans, 1:1 coaching, nutritional advice, form checks, and outlining my clients goals and expected outcomes.



While I’ve been trained in various styles, I found a deep connection to moving my body. I love the health benefits of exercise such as relieving tension and stress, boosting my mental and physical energy, and enhancing my well-being.
